Garrett Kurtt contacted me the same day he received my message from his staff. He rearranged his schedule to meet me at my home the next day. He arrived at my home on time...spent close to two
hours inspecting and informing me on the installion in particular
ice/water field on all valleys a particular concern of mine.
He has a great wealth of knowledge.
