As many know, Homeowners Associations have guidelines that the homeowners living in the community must abide by. These guidelines help maintain the homes in the community and provide a peace of mind to many families living within the community. This particular homeowner had experienced storm related damages to her home and was working with the HOA to see what material types and colors fit into their guidelines. It was taking some time to come to an agreeable decision so the homeowner turned to High Impact for our extensive knowledge in roofing materials and colors.
Solution
After meeting with the HOA and the homeowner, our highly experienced Project Manager, was able to help narrow down material and colors that satisfied both the HOA guidelines and the homeowner. The Project Manager had experience working within an HOA community and this helped mediate any questions and concerns they had.
