Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

The classic lines of this Denver bungalow were marred by missing fascia, rotted woodwork around doors and windows, and dark patches from age between the sagging lines of the old-fashioned slat-frame roof.  High Impact was able to restore her shape and put a new solid roof back on this lovely Denver gem.

This Denver area one story required a full replacement including the detached garage out back after a hailstorm blew through. We were able to put this tidy home to rights again with a beautiful new GAF roof in Birchwood.

This home had a 30-year-old wood-shake roof that was in need of replacement.  High Impact was able to find an impact-resistant shingle that matched their paint colors and needs.   The roof was replaced with dimensional asphalt shingles, Owens Corning Duration Storm in the color Teak.

This two story home had suffered some hail damage to the roof ridges and gutters, but it looks stunning now after High Impact replaced the roof with Deluxe Shake Look CertainTeed shingles in Weathered Wood and added new gutters in Antique White.

High Impact took the worn out roof off this old barn and gave it new life again. The darker shingle choice really makes the traditional barn red color stand out!
